Deposit & cancellation
A 20% deposit secures your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. You can do this online using the link in your confirmation email. With 24 hours' notice or more, your deposit carries over to your new time, or can be refunded on request from your account. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking value, which is covered by your deposit.
